The Pilot

Ok so it put the pictures in reverse order... Oh well. Above are the CDs I listened to while puzzling out which fabric and pattern to use without needing to go buy more supplies... Maybe an hour spent on that. :-/ The top and most interesting is Matthew Sweet "Altered Beast".
The superfluous buttons and shoulder buttons shown here with the fabric.

I "interlined" it with some sheer polka dotted fabric that's been floating about my sewing cell.

The front without the yoke. I didn't make much progress before I had to take Ingrid the 10 month old. She doesn't like sewing.

The free pattern. Someone had cut the tissue itself to make the sides straighter so I attempted to remedy that. We'll so how that works. There were two identical sleeve pattern pieces included. I'm making the sleeveless version. (To show off my biceps?)

Well I don't know about that, but Altered Beast is also the name of a classic Sega game, though I believe it came out for the SNES as well.

I like the big buttons. They look sort of like LPs.

Yes. That is the only thing I could think to say.
